Pope Leo XIV has appointed African cardinal ,cardinal Robert Sarah as a special papal envoy.
Cardinal Robert Sarah will be reporting, not to the cardinal secretary of state,but directly to pope Leo ,and his specific mission is to the global south ,
Cardinal Sarah is mostly known for conversative theological views and previous services as prefect of the congregation for Divine worship and the Discipline of the sacrament.
