Luweero district is one of the Hotspot Area in NRM election

 The chairman of NRM electoral commission Dr. Tanga Odoi has warned the candidate of ongoing primary to avoid making violence during election time . He said at the NRM head Quarter in kyandondo in Kampala .

He added mentioning the districts with hotspots includes. Sembabule , Jinja city ,mbale city and luweero district. Where a NRM candidate mugisha mavin and Magala Patricia are not following the guidelines of the electoral commission of NRM.he warned them to stop it unless they will withdraw them from the election.

In luweero district , sub-counties like wobulenzi, zirobwe,kamira Town council,busiika etc are named as on  Hotspots
