The police in Nakasongola is currently investigating a serious case of aggravated robbery and double murder that occured yesterday at Bujabe village along Nakitooma -kafu Road in Nakitooma sub-county, Nakasongola district.
The preliminary reports indicates that two victims Mr kitendwa,Abdul a driver of vehicle Reg. Number UA871 belonging Jambo Campany in Arua and Ms Ambu Hellen were killed during the incident.
According to spokesperson of Savannah region ASP Twenamazima Sam say that .This incidents began in Bwaise when Mr. Mugisha Yusuf,opoerating a vehicle at Bwaise Lorry Park was approached by Julius Serunjogi,and meddy kigozi to hire his vehicle to transport sugar from a broken down truck , Suspicious activity was later reported seen by moving in different directions near Nakitooma sub-county.
The investigations led to the recovery of the vehicle involved one of which contained blood stains , This crime scene were thoroughly examined
The police recovered suspected murder weapon,a blood stained knife , from one of the deceased's vehicle.
The suspect s were arrested includes Eleazor Nkubi , Julius Serunjogi,medyy kigozi
