Sudanese Vice chairman of Severeignty council. Malik Agar issues a thinly veiled warning to Kenyan president William Ruto cautioning that his interference will come at a cost .
He even quoted a Swahili proverb saying " Those who do not listen to their elders shall have a broken leg"
He calls out president Ruto for playing solo in IGAD and AU mediation effort accussig him of gate-crashing the process without Sudan' s consent .
