The Buganda Road Chief Magistrates court has issued an order directing the international criminal police organisation to arrest uganda Law Society president Isaac Ssemakadde from which ever country he is hiding and bring him back home to face trial on charges of insulting the modesty of a woman , particularly the DPP .man a Francis Abodo
