Ms .Pathy Mbabazi , the National Unity Platform, District Registrar for Bushenyi District, granted bail on charges of hate speech against president Yoweri Museven and his son , Gen .Muhoozi kainerugaba ,contrary to section 26 (1) C of the computer misuse Act .
Mbabazi ,28 was arrested on 03/03/2025 from katungu cell , ward 3 , Ishaka Division in Bushenyi District, and has been on remand at Nyamushekera government prison .
