Kawempe North Mp elect , Elias Nalukoola, flanked by National Unity Platform secretary General David Lewis Rubongoya and party lawyer George Musisi , now they are at Electral Commission office in Kampala to seek an explanation from the commission as to why the new Mp has not been gazetted, nearly two weeks after his election.
