The army spokesperson Major Gen. Flex kulaigye , says that security services are investigating a suspected explosive device that was found at kaleerwe market in kawempe Division, today morning.
Kulaigye says that one person , a female reportedly linked to the ADF and was shot dead , the attackers were allegedly targeting kaleerwe market . Kulaigye added that the security personnels have been following this lady from Busega and she was carrying the Bomb in the flask.
