The Catholic church has revoked the permission to hold a campaign rally at our lady of Annunciation kasaala parish play ground in Kasana-Luweero diocese. On 2nd/ 12/2025 , Presidential candidate and the president of National Unity Platform (NUP) ,Robert Kyagulanyi sentamu aka Bobi wine is expected to campaign in Luweero district, and therefore kasaala parish play ground is one of the place which they had planed to have their campaign rally .
However the permission initially granted to NUP to host their campaign rally in this place ground on 2/12/2025 has been revoked .. This is mainly due to the very close proximity with our Health Center " we would like to safe guard the life of our patients by not exposing them to alot of noise and other inconveniences which makes might impact negatively their health conditions, we regret any inconveniences." Says Rev .Fr Nicholas Onyait , parish priest of our lady of Annunciation kasaala parish.
